What to expect from the ITI Online Coaching Programme

The ITI Online Coaching Programme is an online, interactive learning experience providing participants with strong foundational coaching skills and a solid understanding of the application of coaching within educational and business organisations.

Transforming organisations with a Coaching Culture

Over the course of this six week (plus one week pre-programme) online coaching programme, participants are equipped with the skills to coach professionally and ethically within an organisation or as an individual.

At the core of this programme is cultivating a coaching ability with the objective of using coaching to raise the organisation’s performance by raising self and organisational awareness and shaping a more emotionally intelligent culture to promote long term, sustainable growth.

I am a teacher, trainer and coach based in Istanbul. I was born in Canada, and I went exploring the world at the age of 21. Throughout the years I have had the chance to work in Russia, India and Turkey, where I completed my full Delta at ITI and was working as a Celta tutor.

During my teaching practice, I realized that even the most talented individuals can face limiting beliefs and vulnerabilities, which is why everyone can benefit from support in discovering their motivation and defining their purpose. I believe that coaching is a valuable tool in helping people to realign with their true values and build their desired future.


I am a coach, mentor and a TA (transactional analysis) practitioner.

I studied “communication, advertising and public relations” and I have an MBA. I worked at multinational advertising agencies like McCann World group, Ogilvy & Mather in charge of client relations.

I have been working in Human Resources for more than 15 years as a consultant.

Coaching has been an important part of my life. Coaching is about being a good listener, and a companion on the way to coachee’s goals. I use techniques of transactional analysis in my sessions.

The organisation, moderation and facilitation of team coaching sessions are the joys of my coaching life.


I am a qualified NLP master practitioner and coach. These interests stem from my work as a teacher and trainer. In this context more effective communication, more appropriate guidance and a better understanding of what motivates others prompted her to find out more about coaching, psychology and NLP.

I work as a teacher trainer at ITI in Istanbul. I am an accredited CELTA, Delta and CELT-P/S tutor, an Oxford Teachers’ Academy trainer and online moderator. I also work as a consultant and trainer for Oxford University Press internationally.

I have written teacher training materials used internationally, recently an online teaching course for Chinese teachers. My interests: YLs, motivation, growth mindset, using stories, literacy and reading, developing oracy and professional development.


My career has been focussed on helping others develop their potentials and this led me to coaching after working as a teacher and teacher trainer in a variety of countries. I am Director of International Training Institute (ITI) which is a centre for teacher training and development and an ELT consultancy. I completed a Doctor of Education and have published widely on teacher training and development.

I am also a theatre actor and Director and the founder of Speech Bubbles Theatre Group which performs musicals to raise money for charities that support education and children.

I am currently working on a project to film a documentary drama about training and development.
